Men's Soccer

Summer workouts: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Monday: Legs and Back. Wednesday: Upper body and 10 110 yard sprints Thursday: Drill work and Intrasquad (Meet on field) Workouts will be no longer than 2 hrs. (Must pass 3 or 4 classes each semester, must be promoted, 85% attendance)Physical exam should be up to date be on file at the school. There will be no workouts on the dead period weeks this summer. Summer dead periods: Week of July 4th Week of July 17th
